WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri L.J.VEERA REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly 3^rd respondent in paying the bills for the works done i.e. laying roads as per the resolution of the $3^rd$ respondent Gram Panchayat dt.16-02-2019 in pursuance of the petitioners representation dt.14-05-2020 though the works were completed and handed over on 10-05-2019 as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, high handed, and dilatory and consequently direct the respondents particularly $3^{rd}$ respondent to pay the bills for the works done i.e. laying roads as per the resolution of the $3^{rd}$ respondent Gram Panchayat dt.16-02-2019 in pursuance of the petitioners representation dt.14-05-2020.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Panchayat Raj for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Sri Vinod K.Reddy, Standing Counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 & 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
