...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of respondents in forcibly trying to dispossesses the petitioner from her property measuring an extent of 800 Sq. Yds which is situated at in ASDUA layout vide LP NO.50/81, covered by RS NO.51/2 of Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, Krishna District, without following due process of law and without issuing any prior notice as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with my possession and enjoyment in respect of this site measuring to an extent of 800 Sq.Yds which is situated at in ASDUA layout vide LP NO.50/81, covered by RS No. 51/2 of Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada Rural Mandal including forcible dispossession except under due process of law.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from her house sites measuring to an extent of 800 Sq. Yds which is situated at in ASDUA layout vide LP NO.50/81, covered by RS No. 51/2 of Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada Rural Mandal including interfering in any manner whatsoever, pending disposal of WP 20622 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sree Rama Rao Yerraguntla, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Revenue for the Respondents, the Court made the following. $\sim$
