The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case)

ORDER:

"It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners that in similar circumstances, a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.4040 of 2023 passed an interim order on 20.02.2023. A copy of the said order is also placed on record along with Writ Petition as a material paper.

Following the aforesaid order, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order, dated 09.11.2022, passed by the 2^nd respondent in C.C.No.50 of 2022, subject to the petitioners deposing an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) before the 2^nd respondent, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the respondents 3 to 6 are permitted to withdraw the amount so deposited in accordance with the arrangement already made by the $2^nd$ respondent, without furnishing any security. It is also made clear that in the event of failure on the part of the petitioners in depositing the amount as directed within the time stipulated above, this order automatically shall stand 1. 1. A.
