		Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies takes notice
		for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
		Notice to respondent Nos.3 to 6.
		Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out
		notices to respondent Nos.3 to 6 through RPAD and file proof of
		the same into Registry.
		Post after eight (08) weeks along with W.P.No.4040 of
		2023.

		It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned
		counsel for the writ petitioners that in similar circumstances, a
		Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.4040 of 2023 passed an
		interim order on 20.02.2023.<br>A copy of the said order is also
		placed on record along with Writ Petition as a material paper.
		Following<br>the aforesaid order, there shall be stay of<br>all
		further proceedings pursuant to the order, dated 09.11.2022,
		passed by the 2nd respondent in C.C.No.50 of 2022, subject to the
		petitioners deposing an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-<br>(Rupees Five
		Lakhs only) before the 2nd respondent, within a period of eight
		(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On
		such deposit, the respondents 3 to 6 are permitted to withdraw
		the amount so deposited in accordance with the arrangement
