respondent Nos.2 to 5, it was stated that basing on | |||
clearance given by the then ED (Mines) of the | |||
Company, D. Sri Ramulu, Emp. No.117967 was | |||
granted one increment. However, counter affidavit is | |||
silent as to whether D. Sri Ramulu is in statutory | |||
post or not. | |||
Learned standing counsel seeks time to clarify | |||
with regard to the above facts<br>and he shall also | |||
clarify with regard to statutory and non-statutory | |||
posts. | |||
