		respondent Nos.2 to 5.
		During<br>the<br>course<br>of<br>arguments,<br>learned
		counsel for the petitioner submitted that one D. Sri
		Ramulu, who is also similarly placed person like
		petitioner, was granted one increment.
		In<br>the<br>counter<br>affidavit<br>filed<br>on<br>behalf<br>of
		respondent Nos.2 to 5, it was stated that basing on
		clearance given by the then ED (Mines) of the
		Company, D. Sri Ramulu, Emp. No.117967 was
		granted one increment. However, counter affidavit is
		silent as to whether D. Sri Ramulu is in statutory
		post or not.
		Learned standing counsel seeks time to clarify
		with regard to the above facts<br>and he shall also
		clarify with regard to statutory and non-statutory
		posts.

		records, if necessary in this regard.
