WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri A. Phani Bhushan, praying the High Court to punish the respondents herein, for their willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 25-02-2020 passed by this Court in W.P. No.4593 of 2020, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit and earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dt. 24-12-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A. Phani Bhushan, Advocate for petitioner and of Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, Government Pleader for respondents, made the following ORDER:-

"Learned Government Pleader Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, seeks further time to get instructions in the matter.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Writ Petitions filed against the orders of the Tribunal came to be dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 06-11-2020.

Issue Form-I.

Post on 23.10.2021.

It is also made clear that in the event of complying the orders of this Court, the respondents need not appear before this Court."

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in person on 23-10-2021 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.

It is also made clear that in the event of complying the orders of this Court, the respondents need not appear before this Court.
