		Respondents 1 and 2.
		Issue notice to the 3rd respondent.
		Learned counsel for the petitioners
		submits that the 3rd respondent seized 40
		bags of raw rice weighing 50 Kgs each of
		the 1st petitioner and the mini lorry bearing
		No.AP 03 TC 2721 of the 2nd<br>petitioner,
		without having any power or authority. In
		support of this contentions, he relied on
		the<br>decisions<br>of<br>this<br>Court<br>in<br>Sri
		Vigneswara<br>Traders,<br>Komerapudi<br>v.
		Circle Inspector of Police, Porumamilla
		[2013 (4) ALD 241] and M. Harinath v.
		Joint Collector, Nellore [2014 (2) ALT
		738].
		Following the decisions relied on by
		learned counsel for the petitioner and the
		orders of this Court in W.P.No.17827 of
		2019 dated 12.11.2019, the seizure of the
		stock and lorry is ex facie found to be
		illegal and contrary to clause 20 (a) of

APSTPDS (Control) Order, 2018.
Therefore, there shall be an interim
direction to the respondents to release 40
bags of raw rice weighing 50 kgs each to
the 1st petitioner<br>on executing a personal
bond<br>to the value of the stock<br>and lorry
bearing No.AP 03 TC 2721 to the 2nd
petitioner<br>on<br>production<br>of<br>valid
documents.
