Petition under Section 148-A r/w Sec/151 of C.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to extend the status quo order granted on 06.12.2019 in IA.No.1 of 2019 in SA.No.767 of 2019 until further orders, pending disposal of SA No.767 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the judgment and decree dated: 03.05.2019 passed in A.S. No.116 of 2015 by the V Addl. District Judge, Vijayawada passed against the decree and judgment dated 13.04.2015 passed in O.S.No.585 of 2014 by the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, pending disposal of SA No.767 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 06-12-2019, 31-01-2020 and 16-03-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI SUNKARA RAJENDRA PRASAD Advocate for the Petitioners, and the Court made the following. ORDER:

"Notice sent through court appears to have been served. However, there is no representation. The appellant is permitted to take out fresh personal notice to the respondent by RPAD and file proof of service by the next date of hearing.

Post on 28-09-2020.

In the meanwhile, interim order granted earlier shall stand extended by a further period of six (6) weeks."
