		suspension, the respondent was unaware of
		the proceedings in the Court and could not
		make appearance at earlier point of time. He
		finally contends that the respondent is now
		substituted by another officer.
		The<br>petitioner<br>shall<br>take<br>necessary
		steps to substitute the contemnor.
