WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s P.Gangarami Reddy, praying the High Court to punish the Respondent for intentionally and willfully disobeyed the order in W.P.No.14568 of 2023 dated $09.05.2024;$

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of High Court dated 06.08.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s P.Gangarami Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, Court made the following <

ORDER:

"The present Contempt Case is filed questioning the noncompliance of the Order dated 09.05.2024 passed in W.P.No.14568 of 2023.

This Court had issued notice to the respondent/contemnor on 06.08.2024. Though notice was served to the sole respondent, there was no representation for the respondent/contemnor on 16.10.2024. As a last chance, the case was adjourned by two (2) weeks to enable the respondent to engage counsel and for filing Counter Affidavit, if any.

Today, there is no representation for the respondent nor any counter is filed on his behalf. In this scenario, the Registry is directed to issue Form-I notice to the respondent/contemnor.

Post this case on 02.12.2024."

WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer the charge under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act viz; for intentionally and willfully disobeyed the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP No.14568 of 2023 dated 09.05.2024. $\leftarrow$

Therefore, you, viz :

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 02.12.2024 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati at Nelapadu, in person on 02.12.2024 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
