WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through their counsel Sri TURAGA SAI SURYA, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willfully and deliberately disobeying of the order in W.P.No.14825 of 2021 dated 21.09.2021;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Turaga Sai Surya, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issuance of Notice before admission to the respondents, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
