Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri WHEREAS the K Rathangapani Reddy presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned resolution No. AKNU/Estt./EC-49<sup>th</sup>/AS-4, dated 29.10.2021 of the 2<sup>nd</sup> respondent and consequential orders of the 1<sup>st</sup> respondent dated 18.06.2022 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14.16 of The Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K Rathanga Pani Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri Dhanamjaya Reddy, Standing Counsel for Respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
