		Learned counsel for the petitioner/D.Hr
		submits that personal notice taken to respondent
		Nos.3, 6 and 7, twice, was returned unserved with
		an endorsement 'Addressee left from the address'
		and prays the Court to order notice by substitute
		service by way of publication in a newspaper.
		Heard. Perused the record.
		Considering the submissions made by the
		learned counsel for the petitioner/D.Hr and in the
		facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is
		permitted to cause service of notice to respondent
		Nos.3, 6 and 7 in CRP No.1628 of 2024, by way of
		substitute service through paper publication <i>i.e.</i> in
		Andhra Jyothi Daily Newspaper, Ananthapuram
		Edition and shall file proof of service in the
		Registry within a period of six $(06)$ weeks.
		Accordingly, this application is ordered.
