Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more Particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandumus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in not renewing the leasehold fishing rights of the petitioner for the Lingappa Cheruvu and Imambeg Cheruvu irrigation tanks of Settivaripalli Village Gramapanchayat, Settivaripalli Village, Guramkonda Mandal, Annamaya District - A.P. in terms of the G.O.
