Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Ceretorari by calling for the records of the Order dated 03.08.2020 of the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam made in S.A.No.222 of 2017 and setting aside the same as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice and against the rights conferred under Article 300-A. of Constitution of India and provisions of SARF AESI Act, 2002.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased that this Honble Court may be to suspend the order dated 03.08.2020 of the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam made in S.A.No.222 of 2017, pending disposal of WP No. 20024 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.
