WRIT PETITION No.19609 OF 2022
ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus by directing the 3rd respondent to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records by considering her online application No.RMU012208837384, dated 28.05.2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, limited his request to dispose of the aforesaid online application of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue readily agreed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the aforesaid online application of the petitioner submitted on 28.05.2022 within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is in compliance of the mandatory requirement under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (Act No.26 of 1971) and Rules framed thereunder.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
