Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the recommendation made by the Secretary of respondent No.4 vide Rc.No.A-15019/1/2022-GEN, dated 20.07.2022, whereby it was recommended to enhance the age of superannuation from 60 years to 62 years and also the order passed in W.P.No.13337 of 2024, dated 28.06.2024. He also would submit that the petitioner is going to retire on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2024.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent authorities shall continue the petitioner in service, till the petitioner attains the age of superannuation of 62 years or subject to any further orders by this Court.

It is needless to state that the respondents shall also pay salary to the petitioner.

List the matter along with W.P.No.4913 of 2024.
