ORDER

This writ petition is filed, questioning the rejection orders passed by the 4th respondent dated 08.06.2019, with the following observations:

"Reasons for refusal (Document No:P.No.302/2019)

As per the Lands are found in DKT Lands Proddutur Mandal Extent 560.60 sq.yards in Plot No.445 in D.No.3/353, 3/353/1, 2, 3, 4, 3/353, (Gr Floor) RCC 2774 sq.feets, (1st Floor) R.C.C.2475 sq.feets, (2nd Floor) R.C.C.659.70 sq.feets in Survey Numbers 307/4A, 307/4A, 307/4A of Proddutur Village, Sunnam Vari Street of Proddutur Mandal, Kadapa District. Hence, Registration of the Document is refused as per Section 22(A) of Registration Act, 1908."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions submitted by the 4th respondent, which clearly discloses that the subject properties were not involved under Section 22(A) of the Registration Act, 1908.

In view of the same, endorsement dated 08.06.2019 is set aside and the matter is remanded to the concerned authorities to consider the same as per Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act, 1899. The entire exercise shall be done as expeditiously as possible but later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
