Buildings, lease and Eviction control Act, 1960 against the judgment and decree dated. 17-07-2018 in RCC. 7/2016 on the file of the court of the Rent Control cum Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, which was confirmed in RCA. 13/2018 on the file of Rent Control Appellant authority cum Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

IA NO: 1 OF 2020:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay all further proceedings including execution proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated: 17-07-2018 in RCC. 7/2016 on the file of the court of the Rent Control cum Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, which was confirmed in RCA. 13/2018 on the file of Rent Control Appellant authority cum Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, pending disposal of CRP No.1123 of 2020 on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 04-11-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Smt. M.Indrani, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER:

" Smt. M.Indrani, Advocate submits that she filed vakalat for the respondent. Office is directed to print the name of Smt. M.Indrani, learned counsel for the respondent.

Interim order granted earlier by this Court is extended by another four (4) weeks. Post the matter after two (2) weeks.

Meanwhile, the learned counsel for the petitioners shall serve papers on the respondents."
