WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his Counsel SRI TVP SAI VIHARI, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience in violating of the orders in W.P.No.9859 of 2024, dated 03.05.2024;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of High Court dated 24.07.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri TVP Sai Vihari, Advocate for the Petitioner, made the following

ORDER:

"Registry endorsement shows that the notice sent by this Court has been refused by the respondent/contemnor.

Issue form-I notice to the respondent/contemnor. Post on 15.11.2024."

WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer the charge under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act viz; for willful disobedience in violating of the orders in W.P.No.9859 of 2024, dated 03.05.2024.

Therefore, you, viz;

Muppala Ramesh Babu, Commissioner, Srikalahasti Municipality, Srikalahasti, Tirupathi District.

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 15.11.2024 at 10:30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Nelapadu, Amaravati in person on 15.11.2024 at 10:30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
