Respondents

WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI K SRINIVASA PRASAD presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue, a writ of Mandamus to declare the high handed action of the respondents in marking for demolition of the petitioners building/Shop bearing No.3/106, 107, 108 and 108-1, Christian Line, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District without following the procedure and without paying the compensation as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and further direct the respondents not to take any steps for demolition of the above property

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K SRINIVASA PRASAD Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR REVENUE for Respondent No.1 to 3, and 7, SRI SURESH KUMAR REDDY KALAVA Standing Counsel for Respondent No.4 and 6 GP FOR ROADS AND BUILDINGS for Respondent No.5, directed issue of notice to the Respondents returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
