Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ to declare that the respondents are duty bound to implement in letter and spirit of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 14-7-2021 in Contempt Petition (C) No. 1700 of 2017 in Civil Appeal No. 5099 of 2006 and batch by undertaking a precise exercise of identifying the vacancies meant for the recruitment to Group-II Services under Notification No. 10/1999 as ordered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and apportioning them to all the six zones of erstwhile State of A.P. as per the Presidential Order and to publish the select list for such vacancies as per law by following the relevant procedures under Rule 7 of PSC Procedure Rules and to set aside the 10-5-2018 select list of the 1<sup>st</sup> respondent and consequential Memo No. 1112077/Ser.A/2020, dated 4-8-2021 of the 2<sup>nd</sup> respondent as nonest in the eye of law and contrary to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 14-7-2021 by retaining the Petitioner in the present post i.e., Sub Treasury Officer in Zone III.

I.A.No. 1 of 2021 :-

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in the present post i.e., Sub Treasury Officer in Zone-III pending implementation of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 14-7-2021 by suspending the impugned orders of provisional revised selection list published on 10.5.2018 of the 1<sup>st</sup> respondent and consequential Memo. No.1112077/Ser.A/2020, dated 04.08.2021 of the 2<sup>nd</sup> respondent, pending disposal of W.P.No. 17231 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dt; 16.8.2021 and 07-09-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Vadapalli Ramesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri R.V. Malikarjuna Rao, Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and of the Govt. Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.2 to 4, the Court made the following

ORDER :-

"In certain matters, counters have been filed by the State Government and in some matters counters have been filed by the APPSC. Many of the learned counsels appearing have stated that they have not been served with the counters. Therefore, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I and the Standing counsel for APPSC are directed to ensure that the counters are served on all the learned counsels, who are appearing for the parties in these matters.

For rejoinders, if any, or 'for hearing', list the matters on 20.10.2021 immediately after the vacation in the motion list.

The interim order granted earlier and which are limited in point of time are extended till that date."
