ORDER:

This Criminal Petit1'On, under Sect1®On 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the petit1'Oner/A-3, seek1'ng antiCiPatOry bail, in connection With Crime No.59 of 2023 of Gangavaram Police Station, Ch1'ttOOr District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with 34 lPC.

2. Brief facts of the case are that on 04.03.2023, at about ll.00 A.M., Al to A4 keep1'ng Previous grudge in mind that the de-/aCfO COmPlainant has not agreed tO put the person who was nom1'nated by the accused aS Group Leader of Sangamitra, hatched a plan to kill the complainant and 'when the de /octo complainant was present in front of Vinayakaswamy Temple at Kellapalli Village, A2 to A4 caught -...~ hold the complainaht and Al stabbed the de-/c,cto complainant with flick knife on his chest and neck and caused bleed1-ng 1®njurieS. I

3. Heard. Perused the material on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner subm1®tS that according tO the contents of FIR, specific act has been attributed as against Al only. The accusation against the petitioner herein ,'s that he along w1'th A2 and A4 assisted Al in stabbing the de /octo complainant resulted the de /acfo complainant received grievous injur1®eS. He further submits that th1®S Court granted anticipatory bail to A.4 vide order dated 26.06.2023 in Crl.P.No.3744 of 2023 and that A.1 a A.2 was also released on bail by the Court below and requested th,'s court to enlarge the petitioner on antic1-PatOry bail.

6. In view of the aforesa1'd facts and C,-rCumStanCeS Of the Case, S,Once major portion Of the inVeStigat1®On has been completed and Al and other accused were already released on bail, this court is inclined to grant ant,'c1'PatOry ba,'l tO petit,'oner herein/A3 on the following conditions.

7. ln the event of arrest of petit1'Oner here,'n/A3 ,-n the aforesa,'d cr,-me, he shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) w,-th two suret]'es of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer. Pet,'t,'oner herein shall cooperate with the ,'nvest]'gation and he shall make himself available for ,Interrogation by a POliCe Officer aS and When required, and he shall not, d,'rectly or ,Indirectly, make any_inducement, threat or prom,'se to any person acqua,'nted w,'th the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclos,'ng such facts to the court or to any poll-Ce officer.

The petit,'oner shall appear before the stat1®On House Officer, concerned, once in a week i.e., on every Friday between'10.00 A.M., and 01.00 P.M., till filing of charge sheet.

8. Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed.
