Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to extend the interim stay granted on 12-09-2019 in IA.No.1/2019 in Crl.P.No. 5515/2019 in the interest of justice.

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings including appearance of the petitioner in C.C.L.G.No. 2 of 2017 on the file of Hon'ble Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur: Designated Court for the trial of cases under Land Grabbing Act, pending disposal of Crl.P.No. 5515 of 2019 on the file of the High Court.

The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated. 12-09-2019 made in IA.No. 1/2019 and the order dt. 05-12-2019, 26-12-2019 & 28-01-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following
