WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act and section 215 of the Constitution of India, above case through his counsel Sri G R SUDHAKAR praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for the violation of the Order dt.26.07.2018/06.11.2023 in WP No.11991 of 2006;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G R SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the respondents,

returnable in four (04) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

The Court made the following ORDER:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is the case of the petitioner that the original order passed in W.P.No.11991 of 2006 dated 26.07.2018 by the then Combined High Court and the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2018 dated 06.11.2023 by this court are not complied with, deliberately and wantonly by the respondents.

In view of the above said allegation, the Registry is directed to issue notices to the respondents, returnable in four (4) weeks.

List on 27.09.2024.

The Registry also shall explain how the order in W.P.No.11991 of 2006 dated 26.07.2018 was issued, as filed in the material papers from page Nos.8 to 14.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall call for the report of the same, before the next date of hearing."
