WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri TOTA TEJESWARA RAO presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to issue a writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the impugned proceedings of the 2<sup>nd</sup> respondent in dismissing the petitioner appeal vide order in appeal CCLA proceedings No.VS.II (4)870/2010, dated 03.05.2012 filed against the removal orders proceedings in Rc.No.2301/07A2, dated 15.04.2009 of the 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 and violation of the Art 14,16 and 21 Of the Constitution of India and also violation of the principles of natural Justice and consequently set-aside the same.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri TOTA TEJESWARA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services -I for Respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
