ORDER :-
Sri N.A. Ramachandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for APPSC states that the counter filed in W.P.No.16858 of 2021 is to be treated as the counter in all the writ petitions. Similarly, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I states that the counter filed in W.P.No.16858 of 2021 is the common counter in the entire batch of the matters. Both of them assert that service is completed on the counsels for the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners are given two weeks time i.e., till 17.11.2021 to file their rejoinder.
List the matters for hearing on 22.11.2021 in the motion list. The hearing will proceed on a day to day basis. All the counsels should therefore be prepared.
Interim orders granted earlier in all these matters are extended until further orders.
