Petition under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings judgment and decree dated 23-02-2023 in A.S No. 18 of 2019 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Gooty which has reversed the Judgment and Decree passed in U.S. No. 61 of 2012 dated 02-07-2018 on the file of Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge, Gooty, Pending disposal of SA No. 611 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following
