		Heard.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
		earlier the petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2019 and
		I.A.No.1 of 2020, which was dismissed by this
		Court by order dated 19.9.2019 and 20.01.2021
		respectively. He submits that the petitioner is
		languishing in jail since 06.09.2019 and the
		petitioner has fair chances to succeed in the
		appeal.
		Considering the submissions made by the
		learned counsel for the petitioner, sentence
		imposed in judgment dated 06.09.2019 passed
		in S.C.No.508 of 2015 on the file of II Additional
		District and Sessions<br>Judge,<br>Guntur<br>is
		suspended until disposal of criminal appeal and
		the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his
		executing a bond for a sum of $Rs.20,000/-$ with
		sureties for a likesum<br>each to the<br>two
		satisfaction of VI Additional Judicial Magistrate
		of First Class, Guntur.
