When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on an earlier occasions also, there was no representation. As such, the matter is directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting his case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
