WHEREAS the Appellant above named through his Advocate SRI M KESAVA RAO presented this Petition under Order 43 Rule 1 of C.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the Decree and Judgment dt.31-12-2021 in A.S. No.03/2021 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Vizianagaram and restore the Judgment and decree of the trial court rendered on 05-05-2020 in O.S No. 407 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Vizianagaram.
