The Court made the following order :-

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused, under

Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the

proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2023 of Kandukur Town Police Station.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that memo was filed seeking permission to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition as per law, since the charge sheet was already filed.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file fresh petition as per law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
