The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated 07.06.2019 in C.M.A.No.1 of 2017, on the file of the XIII Additional District Judge, Gajuwaka, allowing the petition filed by the respondents, seeking to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.581 of 2016 in O.S.No.228 of 2016 dated 20.12.2016 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

  1. It is stated by Ms.Sivani, learned counsel, representing learned counsel for the petitioner, that the suit itself was allowed on 07.06.2019 and the matter has become infructuous. The Registry also put up a report obtained from the e-Courts website, which shows that the suit itself was decreed on 07.06.2019. In that view of the matter, the issue raised in the present Civil Revision Petition would not survive.

  2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
