WHEREAS the Appellant above named through its Advocate Sri N Srihari (SC for APSRTC) presented this Appeal filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act praying that the High Court may be pleased to allow the appeal by setting aside the Judgment and decree dated 13/11/2019 passed in MVOP No. 132 of 2012 On the file of the Chairman Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum V Addl. District Judge, Tirupati.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N Srihari (SC FOR APSRTC) Advocate for the Appellant, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this MOTOR ACCIDENT CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS
APPEAL should not be admitted.
