Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of execution of decree in pursuant to MVOP No.132 of 2012 dated 13.11.2019 on the file of the Chairman Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum V Addl. District Judge, Tirupati, pending disposal of MACMA 391 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N Srihari, Standing Counsel for the Appellant, the Court made the following. ORDER

"There shall be stay of execution of decree in M.V.O.P. No.132 of 2012 dated. 13.11.2019 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunalcum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, subject to condition that the appellant deposits 50% of the awarded amount along with proportionate costs and interest to the credit of the above MVOP, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
