Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the respondents 2 to 4 in constituting the 6th respondent Watershed Committee on 22-04-2022 without having any authority and without even conducting the Grama Sabha as illegal, arbitrary and against the guidelines prescribed under Circular No.1661/WDC-PMKSY2.0/ 2022 Dated 24-02-2022 apart from violative of article 14 of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to constitute watershed committee for Golla village, Kalyanadurgamam mandal, Ananthapur by scruplously following the guidelines as contemplated by the Circular No.1661/WDC-PMKSY2.0/2022 Dated.24-02-2022. IA NO: 1 OF 2022 -

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the 6^th respondent committee from acting as watershed committee for Golla village, Kalyanadurgamam mandal, Ananthapur district, pending disposal of WP No.17725 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Pillix Law Firm, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development for the Respondent No.1, GP for Home for Respondent No.5 and Sri MSR Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2, 3, 4 & 6, the Court made the following ORDER

"Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj takes notice on behalf of the $1^{st}$ respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home takes notice on behalf of the 5^th respondent.
