		Vide order, dated 19.11.2021, this court
		revoked the order of suspension of sentence of
		imprisonment imposed on the petitioner, and
		directed the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of
		First Class, Madanapalle to issue bailable warrant
		against the petitioner.
		As per the Report vide Dis No.2178, dated
		09.12.2021of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate
		of First Class, Madanapalle, the bailable warrant
		issued against the petitioner on 05.12.2021 could
		not<br>be<br>executed,<br>as<br>the<br>concerned<br>Head
		Constable-2703 of Madanapalle Taluk P.S. who
		went to execute the warrant reported that he
		enquired about the petitioner but in vain.
		The convict-petitioner was a driver of a
		private bus and it would not be difficult to
		ascertain his present whereabouts.
		The II Additional Judicial Magistrate of
		First Class, Madanapalle, is directed to proceed,
		as per law, for execution of the bailable warrant,
		by proceeding against the sureties, and taking
		recourse to the proceedings under sections 82/83
		Cr.P.C or/and such other measures.<br>The court
		below is also granted liberty to issue non-bailable
		warrant against the petitioner.
		List after Pongal Vacation, 2022 i.e.on
		24.01.2022.
