		On the last occasion when the matter came
		up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this
		Court that initially on 12.08.2021 the petitioner
		was remanded, but the concerned Magistrate has
		refused to<br>remand, but again on 16.08.2021 the
		petitioner was remanded to judicial custody. Then
		this Court directed the concerned investigating
		officer to appear before this Court on 24.08.2021.
		Today the Sub Inspector of Police, Owk
		Police Station, Kurnool District is present before
		this Court.<br>Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor
		submits that the petitioner filed a memo stating
		that there are two remand reports.<br>Even as per
		their own memo, both remand reports are dated
		16.08.2021. He submits that a false statement is
		made<br>before<br>this<br>Court<br>and<br>the<br>police<br>have
		followed<br>the<br>procedure<br>while<br>remanding<br>the
		accused.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
		time to file remand report dated 12.08.2021.
		In case, the petitioner is not able to file the
		same before this Court to show that there are two
		remand<br>reports,<br>appropriate<br>action<br>will<br>be
		initiated against the petitioner<br>for making such
		statement.
