IA NO: 1 OF 2020:

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings of suit in O.S.No.421 of 2018 on the file of court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, pending disposal of CRP No.1097 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 14-10-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.Sivaprasad Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following
