Petition under Section 151 CPC., is filed praying, that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to STAY all further proceedings pursuant to the Decree and the Judgment dated 14.07.2021 passed in O.S. No. 32 of 2019, on the file of the 4th Additional District Judge, Kadapa.
