		Heard learned counsel for the petitioner

		Learned counsel for the petitioner would

		E.P.No.579 of 2021 on the file of the learned IV
		Additional District Judge, Kadapa,<br>for execution of
		sale<br>deed<br>and<br>the<br>same<br>is<br>coming<br>up<br>for
		recording evidence.<br>Therefore, if the decree is
		executed pending appeal, petitioner/D2<br>would
		suffer irreparable loss.

		Considering the said circumstances, "there
		shall be interim stay of the proceedings in
		E.P.No.579 of 2021 on the file of the learned IV<br>Additional District Judge, Kadapa until further
		orders, subject to condition that<br>the petitioner
		shall deposit the<br>suit costs before the learned
		trial Court within four (04) weeks from the date
		of<br>this<br>order,<br>failing<br>which,<br>this<br>order
		automatically<br>stands<br>vacated,<br>without
		recourse to the Court".
