THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY

WRIT PETITION NO.15590 OF 2021

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declare the action of the 1st respondent in not renewing the Notary License for a period of five years though the petitioner submitted a representation dt.16.03.2020 along with challan for Rs 1000/- dt.05.03.2020 by condoning the delay as highly arbitrary, illegal and contrary to rules and consequently direct the 1st respondent to renew the Notary License of the petitioner for a period of five years."

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.11602 of 2021 dated 22.06.2021.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.

The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.11602 of 2021 dated 22.06.2021 to this order.
