Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the Order dt.26-04-2023 passed in I.A.No.212/2023 in O.S.No.106/2016 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge at Puttur.
