WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri CH.GANESH presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents in not considering the request of the petitioner for payment of his worked period salary from May, 2018 to till date, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and prays, to direct the respondents herein to pay the worked period salary of the petitioner from May, 2018 onwards till to date, and also fix personal responsibility and accountability against the respondents for intentionally, wilfully not paying the worked period salary of the petitioner and also award costs to the petitioner, for inordinate delay on the part of the respondents herein and also pay all consequential service and monetary benefits.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ch.Ganesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Services-III for the Respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
