WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his Counsel SRI M.KESAVA RAO, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their not implementing of the orders in O.A.No.1824 of 2018, dated 30.08.2018;

The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M KESAVA RAO, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following

ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner.

On 30.08.2018, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal disposed of the O.A.No.1824 of 2018, at the stage of admission, with the following direction:

"Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 26.10.2017 pertaining to his claim for placement of his name in the place of his father at SI.No.2771 of the Final Integrated Seniority List dated 18.06.2015. The respondents are further directed to consider placing the applicant as per the guidelines where both land and house property are acquired keeping in view the fact that his house is also acquired and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the rules in force and the law governing the subject, duly keeping in mind the terms and conditions of GO.Ms.No.98 and the other Government Orders and instructions issued from time to time, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

The contempt application was filed in the year 2019 against the non-implementation of the order passed by the Tribunal and C.A.No.100 of 2019 was renumbered as C.C.(AT).No.482 of 2023.

In view of the same, the designated respondent is hereby informed to place the written instructions/compliance report before this Court by the next date of hearing.

Post the matter after four (04) weeks.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the office of the respondent.
