1.	29.07.2024	JS,J<br>No representation for the petitioner.<br>On<br>30.08.2018,<br>the<br>Andhra<br>Pradesh<br>Administrative<br>Tribunal<br>disposed<br>of<br>the<br>O.A.No.1824<br>of 2018,<br>at the stage of admission,<br>with the following<br>direction:<br>"Therefore, the respondents are directed to<br>consider the representation of the applicant<br>dated 26.10.2017 pertaining to his claim for<br>placement of his name in the<br>place of his<br>father at Sl.No.2771 of the Final Integrated<br>Seniority<br>List<br>dated<br>18.06.2015.<br>The<br>respondents are further directed to consider<br>placing the applicant as per the guidelines<br>where both land and house property are<br>acquired keeping in view the fact that his
		house is also acquired and pass appropriate<br>orders in accordance with the rules in force<br>and the law governing the subject, duly<br>keeping in mind the terms and conditions of<br>GO.Ms.No.98 and the other Government<br>Orders and instructions issued from<br>time to<br>time, within three months from the date of<br>receipt of a copy of this order."<br>The contempt application was filed in the<br>year 2019<br>against the non-implementation of the

	order passed by the Tribunal and C.A.No.100<br>of
	2019<br>was<br>renumbered<br>as<br>C.C.(AT).No.482<br>of
	2023.
	In<br>view<br>of<br>the<br>same,<br>the<br>designated
	respondent<br>is<br>hereby informed to place the written
	instructions/compliance report before this Court by
	the next date of hearing.
	Post the matter after four (04) weeks.
