WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel M/s A K Jayaprakash Rao, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willfully disobeying the orders in O.A.No. 238 of 2018, dt.21-2-2018;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and upon observing that there is no representation for the petitioners, made the following

ORDER:

"No representation for the petitioners.

On 21.02.2018, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal disposed of O.A.No.238 of 2018 with the following direction:

"In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the $3^rd$ respondent is directed to consider representation of the applicants, dated 02.8.2017 pertaining to their claim for allowing minimum of the time scale of pay in the regular pay scale attached to the regular post and pass appropriate orders within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In the light of the Government orders, Circular Memos, Rules in force and the law governing the subject."

The contempt application was filed in the year 2019 against the non-implementation of the order passed by the Tribunal and C.A.No.50 of 2019 was renumbered as C.C.(AT).No.453 of 2023.

In view of the same, the designated respondent is hereby informed to place the written instructions/compliance report before this Court by the next date of hearing.

Post the matter after four (04) weeks.
