ORDER:-

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-

"Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents in attempting to resort to forceful eviction of the petitioner from Stall No.39 at Rythu Bazaar, Swaraj Maidan, Vijayawada, in violation of the Orders of this Court, dated 24.12.2014 passed in W.A.No.1669 of 2014 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the Stall No.39 at Rythu Bazaar, Swaraj Maidan, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for the respondents.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the issue raised in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by a Common Order of this Court in W.P.Nos.24695 of 2021 and batch, dated 06.05.2022 and that the said order has also been confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court.

5. Following the Common Order, dated 06.05.2022 in W.P.Nos.24695 of 2021 and batch and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to vacate the subject Stall, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not vacated. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Common Order, dated 06.05.2022 in W.P.Nos.24695 of 2021 and batch to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
