| This petition is filed seeking stay of all | |||
| further proceedings including appearance of the | |||
| petitioner in C.C.No.188 of 2017 on the file of | |||
| the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, | |||
| Tanuku, West Godavari District. | |||
| It is stated in the petition that the | |||
| petitioner was aged about 83 years and was | |||
| suffering from Blood Pressure, Diabetes along | |||
| with vertigo. In support of the said contention, | |||
| he filed Omedical certificate dated 20.02.2023 | |||
| issued by the SMA Multi Speciality Hospital, | |||
| Eluru. It is further stated that on 29.08.2017, | |||
| this Court granted interim order dispensing with | |||
| the presence of the petitioner and the same was | |||
| extending from time to time. | |||
| In view of the above, interim stay | |||
| granted earlier is extended till 13.04.2023. | |||
| In the meanwhile, learned counsel for | |||
| the petitioner is directed to get ready for | |||
| arguing the matter. | |||
