The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
"...to issue an appropriate writ, order direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus, to declare inaction of the respondents in not consider the representations and not permitting the petitioners (in-service Candidates) for further studies in B.Sc. Agricultural Course in A.P Agriculture University for academic year 2015-16 and not implementing the G.O.Ms.No.77, dated 5.3.1981, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, perverse and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners for further studies in B.Sc Agricultural Course for academic year 2015-16, and pass such other necessary relief or reliefs…"
-
When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner(s). No interim order was granted by this Court earlier.
-
Since the matter pertains to the year 2015, seeking the respondents to permit the petitioners (in-service Candidates) for further studies in B.Sc Agricultural Course in A.P Agriculture University for academic year 2015-16 this Court is of the opinion that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication, as such the matter has become infructuous.
-
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No orders as to costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
JUSTICE V.SUJATHA
